Does the user have to log in?

No, as described in the licenses, the device is available to any user without logging in with the Windows interface, and many features (such as screen sharing, Google Chrome, YouTube, and the cannyboard app) can be used without logging in.

Other applications such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, Google Meet, Office 365 can be opened as usual with the user's existing personalized access. Thus, the user works protected in his personal accounts.
