Resetting the password

If you have forgotten your password, we can send you a link that will allow you to create a new password and use your account again. Follow these steps:

1. In the browser of your mobile device, open the URL cannyboard.app and click on the menu in the upper left corner.
   

2. Select the "Log-in" option.
   

3. You are in the login screen. Click / tap on "Forgot your password?".
   

4. Enter your e-mail address used with your cannyboard account and click / tap on "Send Email".
   
5. You will receive an email. Continue with the process by clicking / tapping on the "Reset password" button contained in this mail.
   
   
   
6. You will be prompted to assign a new password. Please choose a secure password with at least eight characters.
   
7. Your new password has been set – you can now log in with your new access data by clicking / tapping on "Back to log-in".
