Creating Text

How can Text be created?

While Text can be scaled, recolored, rearranged both on the Laptop/PC and the Sessionboard, Text can be created only on the laptop/PC via the main menu. 4 There is no way to add Text via Contribute Content or directly on the Sessionboard. To add written content during a Session Notes can be sent directly to the Sessionboard. 

Who can create text?

The host of a Session can create Text when preparing the Session on the laptop/PC or during a Session, if the Session is opened on his laptop/PC instead of on the Sessionboard. 

Participants can contribute Text if they are participating via laptop/PC and the Session is shared in "Free edit" mode. 

Other functionalities

There is a maximum character limit of 364 characters, where spaces count as one character and emojis count as two characters. The live display of how many characters have already been entered is visible to the user from 100 characters.  

Text cannot be put in the tray, pin it onto a Sheet to put it in the tray.
