Basically: always, almost. Except for pure screen sharing, cannyboard always works with Sessions - from the first line or from the first image used. On the one hand, because this is the only way to ensure that data and work statuses can be safely and easily accessed by the right person. On the other hand, because your contents and results are flexibly available and can be further processed. You can:
1. Starting a new group work
If the group work starts from scratch, you can create a new session. It is then empty and can be filled.
2. Open an existing Session to edit it further
If group work is continued (e.g. in the next appointment, the next training or on the next workshop day), the existing Session can be reopened to work on it.
3. Duplicate an existing Session and edit the copy
If a group work format is used frequently in the same or a similar way (e.g. a training course, a recurring workshop format, etc.), a corresponding Session can be created as a Master Session. A copy of this master can then be created for each group work appointment, in which the respective results are stored.
