A Session opened on your laptop or PC will be displayed with all contents exactly as on the Sessionboard. Your Sessions are always displayed in 16:9 ratio, regardless of the format of your PC / laptop display. In addition to the full view, you also have the possibility to enlarge to a smaller section (zoom).
The same tools are available for editing the Session as on the Sessionboard, but in a representation adapted to working on a PC. As the host of a Shared Session, you can also change the access rights to a Shared Session:

Click on the grippers on the left and right edges of the Workspace to navigate between the Phases of your Session.

Click the gripper at the bottom of the Workspace to open the Tray.

With the selection tool you can activate, move or change content (e.g. Notes or Sheets). One of the two basic states of your cursor.

Use the hand tool to move the image section of your Session. To do this, click and hold on the Workspace and drag it in the desired direction.

- Session Sharing
As the host of the Session, you have the option of inviting other participants or changing their access rights. This also shows how many people are already participating in the Session.

Zoom Level
You can zoom in (+) on details of your Session, or zoom out (-) for an overview. A percentage value indicates the zoom level at which the Session is displayed.
The options for setting the zoom level can be found behind the double arrow symbol:
Two buttons are available as quick standard settings
- With the button "fit to screen width" you adjust the zoom level to the width of your screen.
- The button "full screen" sets the Desktop Editing to full screen and the view of your Session to full overview.
Please note: The zoom can also be operated via the standard inputs of your PC, e.g. with the mouse or with gestures on a trackpad.
Main Menu
The Main Menu of Desktop Editing is the counterpart to the Main Menu on the large touch screen of the Sessionboard. It contains the most important tools for creating content. When clicked, a number of options appear:
- Sheet Portrait/ Landscape
In Desktop Editing, you use the mouse pointer to write and sketch on the Sheet.

- Media Note
After uploading your file, the image, video or PDF automatically appears in the correct format. With PDFs, you now have the possibility to navigate through the pages with the PDF viewer.
