How to vote in Dot Voting

After the host has started voting on the Sessionboard or on the laptop / PC, all participants in the Session can give their votes on the content. The set release mode of the Session is irrelevant, provided the Session has been released to the participants.

Follow these steps:

1. Tap / click one or more times on a piece of content to give votes.
2. Tap / click and hold a bit longer on a piece of content to take back a voice (long press gesture).

Please note: Voting can take place across Phases. Points can also be awarded to content that is in a different Phase.

Content available for voting

Votes can be given to the following contents of a Session:

• Text Notes *
• Media Notes with pictures or videos *
• Sheets

* No points can be awarded on Media Notes with GIFs or PDFs. In addition, the voting notes must not be pinned on a Sheet.
