Contributing to the Session with Notes

Notes that were created using the "Send your input" function on the personal device can then be sent to the open Session with one swipe. In this way you make a contribution to group work with cannyboard as quickly as possible.

Proceed as follows:

1. Send your finished Note to the Workspace of the active Session by dragging it to the top of the screen. A blue area appears there - the Outbox. Drag the Note to the Outbox and release it when it becomes smaller.
   

   

2. All Notes sent to the Workspace of the active Session, both yours and those of other people connected to the Session, appear in the blue Inbox at the top of the Sessionboard.
   

   

3. Drag the Notes from the Inbox to the Workspace of the open Session. You can arrange them as you like (for example on Sheets), scale them or edit them in any other way. You can also move the Notes to another Phase by dragging them onto the grab for the Phase change.
   

   

Please Note: Once dragged from the Inbox to the Workspace, Notes can no longer be pushed back into the Inbox.
