PDFs can be uploaded to Media Notes in the same way as image and video content. You can display, read and search through these using the PDF viewer on the Workspace.

Calling the PDF viewer
You can display several PDFs at the same time in the PDF viewer and scroll through the PDF. Proceed as follows to open the PDF viewer in your Media-Note:
- Tap / click once on the Media Note with your PDF.
- The PDF is loaded, and you get to the PDF viewer, which allows you to navigate through the pages of the PDF.
Please note: Media Notes with PDFs, like video and image content, can also be automatically arranged on Sheets, whereby they are cut square.
Menu of the PDF viewer
The PDF viewer menu can be called up by tapping once on the active corner, on the top right of the Media Note. In addition to some functions of the Media Note, it also contains the function to take a snapshot of the PDF.

Creates a snapshot of the current page of the PDF. The photo is then available as a Media Note next to the PDF viewer, in order to make annotations on it after assigning to a Sheet.

Control elements of the PDF viewer
The PDF viewer has the same structure both on the Sessionboard and in Desktop Editing:

Navigate through the pages of the PDF file by wiping the thumbnails to the right or left.
- Thumbnail
Tap / click on a thumbnail to display the corresponding page in large size. The currently displayed page is marked by a red frame.
The control panel of the PDF viewer
In the control panel of the PDF viewer, you will find all the essential functions for navigation and viewing. The control panel is automatically hidden after a while and can be called up again by tapping / clicking the Media Note.
- Page overview
The galery of the page overview is opened. It is closed again by tapping / clicking again.
- Page navigation
Use the arrows on the control panel to navigate through the pages of the PDF file.
- Full screen
Via the button or a double tap on the PDF, the currently selected page is enlarged to the entire screen of the Sessionboard.
Navigation and view
In addition to the controls, various touch gestures can be used on the Sessionboard to navigate and view.
Please note:The touch gestures can only be used on the Sessionboard.
Full screen mode
With a Double-Tap on the Media Note, you can display the PDF in full screen mode on the Sessionboard. You can exit full-screen mode with another Double-Tap.
Page navigation
There are several ways to navigate through the pages of the PDF file:
- Swipe the pages
With the PDF in full screen mode, swipe directly through the pages of your PDF with a Swipe or Two-Finger Swipe. This navigation is only possible in full screen mode.
- Scroll through the gallery of the page overview
Scroll horizontally through the gallery with one finger. Tap on a preview image to select the corresponding page for display.

Tap on the arrows of the control panel
Tap on the two arrows on the control panel to scroll through the pages.
Zoom
In Full screen mode of the PDF, you have the option of using the Pinch gesture to zoom into a specific section of the currently displayed page.
You can then move within the enlarged section by using the One-Finger Scroll.
Scaling and moving
Use the Pinch gesture to scale the Media Note on the Sessionboard or click and drag on the Desktop. You can move the Media Note on the Workspace by tapping / clicking and holding.
