What are Sessions?

Work at cannyboard is organized in Sessions. Whether a short meeting, a whole meeting, a workshop or a decisive customer presentation - whenever you work with cannyboard, all contents prepared and created are stored in a Session. It is the file format of cannyboard

Format and container for group work

A Session consists of a Workspace in 16:9 format, which eight times in a row makes up the entire Session. All content placed and created here - texts, pictures, drawings, arrangements etc. - are stored as part of the Session.

Always have an owner

Each Session always has a very specific owner - the host - in whose cannyboard account it is saved. This ensures that work statuses and data are always accessible and lies with the person responsible.

Accessible from anywehere and anytime

Sessions are stored in the cloud. They can be created, prepared and post-processed at any time and from anywhere - whether on the Sessionboard or on desktop devices.

Easy connection to the personal device

Everyone can easily and actively contribute to a Session on the Sessionboard with their personal device, regardless of whether it is a smartphone, tablet or laptop. No registration is required for guests of Sessions - a registered host who owns the Session is sufficient.

Share for collaboration

By sharing Sessions with other people, real-time collaboration is also possible from different locations, on several Sessionboards at the same time. With cannyboard, people work together interactively instead of conferencing.
