Create content
In the corresponding mode, you can edit and add the content of the shared Session. The following options are available to you to create content:
-
Sheets - for writing, sketching and arranging Notes
Sheets can only be created by participants in the "Free editing" mode via the Desktop Editing Main Menu.
-
Notes - for text, image and video content
You can create Notes in the same way as the Sheets directly via the Main Menu of Desktop Editing. In the "Moderated Session" mode, participants can create Notes as follows:
- Click on the "Send your input" button, which replaces the classic Main Menu of Desktop Editing.
- Click on the Text or Media Note symbol in the lower right corner.
- Send the Notes you have created to the Workspace of the Session by dragging and releasing them to the top of the screen, the Outbox. Close the "Send your input" area by clicking on the white cross at the bottom right.
- The host drags the Notes that have been sent out of the blue Inbox at the top of theSession. Once dragged onto the Workspace, Notes can no longer be pushed back into the Inbox.
Please note: In contrast to the participants, the host can always create all content directly via the Main Menu of Desktop Editing. The Host can access all functions at any time.
- Click on the "Send your input" button, which replaces the classic Main Menu of Desktop Editing.
